Al llamar para preguntar sobre el estatus de tu auto, solo descuelgan y no contestan, te dan su número personal y te dejan en visto, mucho que desear en el servicio, nada formales.
When you call to ask about the status of your car, they just pick up and do not answer, they give you their personal number and leave you in sight, much to be desired in the service, nothing formal.

El trato es amable. El taller para servicio básico es pasable. Pero el taller de hojalateria y pintura es el peor. Prácticas NO profesionales. Falta de compromiso. Falta de seguimiento. No arreglan los daños de manera integral.
The treatment is friendly. The basic service workshop is passable. But the body shop and paint shop is the worst. NON-professional practices. Lack of compromise. Lack of monitoring. They do not fix damages comprehensively.

El tema es que toda imformacion se da por medio de whatsapp y si te urge el vehiculo esto se puede convertir en todo un martirio, el trabajo en mi caso estuvo muy bien trabajado y me dieron 1 año de garantia en las partes cambiadas y pintura

Muy mala experiencia y un pésimo servicio. Su personal de atención al cliente y de taller está muy poco capacitado. Dos meses tuvieron mi carro para realizar una mal trabajo de pintura al no igualar el color y de no encontrar un problema de ruido en la dirección producto del siniestro. Total, paso el tiempo el ruido incremento lo tuvieron un mes más pero ya se había pasado el tiempo del que el seguro se hacía responsable. Además de que al llamar para pedir informes de cómo iba el progreso de reparación no contestaban por teléfono y en WhatsApp dejaban en visto.
Very bad experience and lousy service. Their customer service and shop staff are poorly trained. Two months they had my car to do a bad paint job because it did not match the color and they did not find a noise problem in the direction due to the accident. Overall, over time the noise increased they had it for another month but the time for which the insurance was responsible had already passed. In addition, when calling to request reports on how the repair progress was going, they did not answer by phone and in WhatsApp they left a check.

Muy malo, llevé mi carro por choque por parte de mi aseguradora, mi auto tiene menos de un año y casualmente la batería ya no servía ni tenia nada de capacidad, me pidieron no apagar el carro en ningún momento porque no me podría mover, fue un problema enorme. No me dieron solución.

Pésimo el servicio, me gustan los autos Nissan, pero por esta clase de servicio, creo que iré con otra marca. Es una monserga cuando tienes que llevar tu auto a este taller. No contestan llamadas, se tardar mas de 1 mes en entregartelo y cuando te lo entregan, tienes que estar regresandolo porque nunca te lo entregan bien y la actitud de los agentes es pésima, ya van 2 ocasiones que me pasa lo mismo, diferentes autos, diferentes tipos de siniestro, mismo taller. Repito PESIMO SERVICIO, si pueden eviten este taller.
Terrible service, I like Nissan cars, but for this kind of service, I think I'll go with another brand. It sucks when you have to take your car to this shop. They do not answer calls, it takes more than 1 month to deliver it to you and when they deliver it to you, you have to be returning it because they never deliver it well and the attitude of the agents is terrible, there have been 2 occasions that the same thing has happened to me, different cars, different types of claim, same workshop. I repeat AWFUL SERVICE, if you can avoid this workshop.
