They tried to pass it off as something minor an coerce us to accept... Safe to say that they were not getting away with trying to intimidate.
Quickly let them know my experience in Motor Business 8+ years and counting Actually helped the Design of Nissans Cummins engine in California...
To conclude we negotiated maintenance services in place of replacement of hood which should not have been scratched in the first place.
Would have been satisfied with detail only problem was attitude and their assumption that we as a customer would conform to their predatory position to take it as it is.
Would suggest that they work on customer relations, because character in business and how you treat people is business.
