★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 23 de marzo acudí para la reposición del espejo lateral del copiloto de mi auto un Sentra Advance 2021, me llenaron la orden de servicio y el asesor me pidió le llamara el lunes siguiente para esperar fecha de llegada por parte de planta, posteriormente estuve llamando constantemente sin obtener fecha, me sugirieron llamar directamente a planta Aguascalientes, llame me dijeron que no podían darme fecha de llegada de la pieza y fue hasta la semana pasada que finalmente me dieron fecha supuestamente para el 30 de abril.

Solo esperar que no haya cambios de pintura más adelante, hay garantía de 6 meses, pero al momento de la entrega todo bien.Hay malas recomendaciones, tendrán sus motivos, se respeta, pero en lo particular razita recomiendo body shop de grupo autopolis. El asesor que me atendió sr: Héctor Leal atento desde la primer atención, excelente persona!! En gral, toda la Atención desde recepción. Todo al cien??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta para recibir información, debe uno esperar mucho tiempo, media hora en espera para saber el estatus de mi reparación, y por telefono jamas contestan sus extensiónes, ademas me entregaron la unidad mal pintada y sin los broches de la salpicadera y fascia delantera, no se quieren hacer responsables de la mala reparacion, no hacen validas las garantias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo taller, nada recomendable. Mala atención, mal servicio, mala reparación y mala calidad en todo. Mejor buscar otro body shop de la zona e incluso repararlo por fuera si no es tan grave. Mejor vayan a Jidosha.
