★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el servicio de limpieza estuvo pésimo y al levantar la mano para hacer la obsesión me comentan que servicio de lavado es pura cortesía y no puedo exigir. aún así no creo que sea la idea de de calidad ni es el trato que espero. esto fue en Nissan autopolis STA. Catarina sería bueno que ala persona que se encarga de la limpieza se le expliqué que el usuario realizará los próximos servicio en otra agencia donde la satisfacción al cliente si sea importante
The cleaning service was terrible and when I raised my hand to obsess over it, they told me that the laundry service was pure courtesy and I can't demand it. Even so, I don't think it's the idea of quality nor is it the treatment I expect. this was at Nissan autopolis STA. Catarina, it would be good if the person in charge of cleaning was explained that the user will carry out the next services in another agency where customer satisfaction is important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardaron más de 3 semanas para una revisión y su excusa es por carga de trabajo.. pues no tomen más citas si no pueden con ellas, ellos no piensan en el gasto de no tener tu vehiculo
Terrible service, they took more than 3 weeks for a review and their excuse is due to workload... well, don't take more appointments if you can't with them, they don't think about the expense of not having your vehicle
