★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos tocó una mala experiencia, nos prometieron el vehículo en una fecha y lo entregaron casi un mes después.
Entiendo que como empresa tienen demasiado trabajo o poco personal sea el caso.
Pero el hecho de no cumplir los acuerdos con los clientes les quita demasiada credibilidad.

But failing to honor customer agreements takes away too much credibility.

Super tardados, si les ofrecen esta agencia para reparar su auto NO LA ACEPTEN, REPITO NO LA ACEPTEN.
Super mal la "reparación" el señor Marco Tovar super hostil al momento de entregar la unidad, buscando justoficar cada detalle que se le indicaba, sus hojalatetos manchan un buen con su pintura, pintaron mi vidrio, mi llanta, los limpiadores.
No vengam a hacer corajes, mejor llevenlo a su hojalatero de confianza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni se les ocurra pedir esta sucursal para siniestros, la peor experiencia que he tenido, 1 mes 1 semana se tardaron en pintar una facia y eso que no se rompió nada más fue un tallón, no contestan teléfonos te dicen que ya merito cuando logras comunicarte te cortan la llamada de semana en semana te traen en fin sin palabras, una basura de servicio, de verdad ni a mi peor enemigo le deseo esto, ahorrense corajes con estos nefastos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardaron 45 días en entregarme mi auto que no tenia un golpe grande, la app que te hacen descargar nunca te da información correcta, el teléfono que te dan no contestan, l asesor le mandas mensaje y no contesta. Muy mal de verdad. Espero no regresar nunca. El trabajo lo hicieron bien de calidad respetable. Pero muy tardado, mala atención, y pobre apoyo al cliente
