★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi primera visita a esta concesionaria en 2020 fue horrible, me hicieron esperar casi dos horas después de la cita que tenia, la atención del personal pésima, prepotentes y lo mismo al recoger la unidad, sin contar un objeto substraído de la camioneta, que ningún reclamo lo hizo aparecer.
Esta semana decidí darles una segunda oportunidad y el trato fue completamente opuesto. Todavía no descendía de la unidad cuando ya me estaba esperando el personal a tiempo para mi cita, súper amables, incluida la guardia de seguridad. El proceso fue muy ágil, la atención impecable. La limpieza de la unidad también excelente. Nos obsequiaron un ambientador, quede muy conforme con el servicio, se ganaron 5 estrellas.
 My first visit to this dealership in 2020 was horrible, they made me wait almost two hours after the appointment I had, the staff was lousy, arrogant and the same when picking up the unit, not counting an object stolen from the truck, that no claim made it appear.
This week I decided to give them a second chance and the treatment was the complete opposite. I still hadn't gotten off the unit when the staff was waiting for me on time for my appointment, super friendly, including the security guard. The process was very agile, the attention impeccable. The cleanliness of the unit also excellent. They gave us an air freshener, I was very satisfied with the service, they earned 5 stars.

La segunda vez que fuimos pedimos que nos atendiera otro asesor y nos gustó mucho su atención ahí, hablándonos de opciones más viables. El problema fue que tenía que estar detrás de él para saber cómo iba todo, cuando él quedó en avisarme en cuanto supiera algo. Pareciera que no quieren vender. En fin, me hubiera gustado un servicio más atento, ya que comprar tu primer auto no es cualquier cosa. O comprar un auto en general.
On the first appointment we were attended by an advisor who, in my opinion, treated us carelessly. The second time we went, we asked for another advisor to assist us and we really liked his attention there, talking to us about more viable options. The problem was that I had to be behind him to know how everything was going, when he agreed to let me know as soon as he knew something. It seems they don't want to sell. In short, I would have liked a more attentive service, since buying your first car is not anything. Or buy a car in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best located Nissan dealerahip in Cancún. Very close to Las Américas. You can call to make an appointment for your car maintenance service, even on Saturday. They have specialized people to explain leasing or buying deals to foreigners. The service is fast and professional. It is always a good experience.
