El comentario es que tengan cuidado ya que a mi me cambiaron unas piezas de mi auto, fueron los tapones de los pivotes de las llantas, se que no son de gran valor y no lo hago por eso, lo hago porque defraudan la confianza de llevar mi auto a la agencia y no con el mecanico de la esquina, se supone que por eso tratamos de asegurar que no pase nada de eso. Basicamente todo esto es porque se pierde la confianza, que otra cosa me han de haber cambiado, espero que solo haya sido eso, no reclame ya que me di cuenta tiempo despues no fue de inmediato y si voy de seguro me van a decir que asi lo tenia... Bueno solo les recomiendon que piensen antes de llevarlo a esta agencia.. Gracias.

Basically all this is because trust is lost, that something else must have changed me, I hope it was just that, I did not complain since I realized later it was not immediately and if I go for sure they will tell me that way I had it... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y pésima la actitud del asesor Gustavo Ávila, lleve mi automóvil a servicio porque tenía que sacarlo a carretera y quería llevármelo con la seguridad de que todo estaba bien, el problema es que me lo entregaron con un ruido en el pedal del freno, lo lleve a la agencia para que lo revisaran y el asesor Gustavo Ávila me dijo primero que no me lo podía recibir porque no tenía cita cuando era una revisión del servicio que le habían hecho y después me dijo que se lo dejara pero que no sabía cuando me lo iba a entregar y le comenté que yo salía de viaje a la mañana siguiente y en pocas palabras dijo que le valía que me fuera a ir de viaje. Yo jamás vuelvo a llevar mi automóvil a servicio con esta agencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no recomendaría esta agencia, van varias veces que no cumplen en tiempo y la calidad deja mucho que desear. Metí mi coche por un percance pensando que por dejarlo en la agencia sería mejor, las molduras que son tipo cromo pintadas del color del carro, todo lo "arreglado" descuadrado, molduras despegadas, no tienen un control de calidad. Jamás regresaré.
Terrible service, I would not recommend this agency, several times they do not deliver on time and the quality leaves much to be desired. I put my car in due to a mishap thinking that leaving it at the agency would be better, the moldings that are chrome type painted the color of the car, everything "fixed" out of square, moldings detached, they do not have quality control. I will never return.
