En primer lugar la persona que atendería estaba en una discusión con otras tres personas de la mísma agencia, tardaron mas de media hora para atenderme y dicho sea de paso de mala gana, hasta quebseble bajo el coraje a la persona.un tramite de 15 minutos se convirtió en una hora.
