★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corrupción para los trámites, me pidieron dinero para apartar mi auto y al final no tenian inventario y llevo mas de 1 mes solicitando el rembolso y hasta la fecha no obtengo mi dinero de vuelta. El agente que me atendió bdio me pidio dinero para tramites y a penas me lo regreso por tanta presion que ejercí, sin embargo me queda claro que no debió ser asi la gestoria. Meti mi queja y solo me llegó un mensaje de textos con un codigo de quw que habian recibido la queja, pero no hay mas respuesta ni solución. Sigo sin mi dinero
 Corruption for the procedures, they asked me for money to set aside my car and in the end they had no inventory and I have been requesting the refund for more than 1 month and to date I have not gotten my money back. The agent who assisted me bdio asked me for money for paperwork and he hardly returned it to me due to so much pressure that I exerted, however it is clear to me that the agency should not have been like that. I filed my complaint and I only received a text message with a code stating that they had received the complaint, but there is no further response or solution. I'm still without my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que no me parece de estas agencias sus precios en servicios carisimos pero buena atención.y que te obliguen casi casi a hacerle el servicio te llaman un mes antes y sus promociones de descuentos nefastas no sirven solo en servicio platino 20 % de descuento y sale en 5000 y fracción el servicio que no se pasen.un kit para hacerle cambio de aceite bujías filtros en mercado libre te sale en 1800 y lo demás es su mano de obra pero ahí no sirven de nada las opiniones siguen subiendole cada ves más.
The only thing that I don't think about these agencies is their very expensive service prices but good service. And that they almost force you to do the service for them, they call you a month before and their disastrous discount promotions don't work only in platinum service 20% discount and the service comes out at 5000 and a fraction that they do not go overboard. A kit to change the oil, spark plugs, filters in the free market comes out at 1800 and the rest is their workforce, but there they are useless, the opinions continue to rise more and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención de todos los asesores de servició que están en la entrada la única persona que te atiende amablemente es la señorita Alma todos los demás se sienten los dueños de la agencia y piensan que te hacen un favor con atenderte y sobre todo un Gordo de lentes que se siente el guapo si supiera que se ve ridiculo igual otro Gordo de lentes que se sienta alado de él los dos piensan que nos hacen un favor con atendernos a los clientes que compramos un auto en esa agencia ojalá les llamen la atención por qué muy mal su atención
Very bad attention from all the service advisors who are at the entrance, the only person who kindly attends you is Miss Alma, all the others feel like the owners of the agency and think that they are doing you a favor by serving you, and above all, a Gordo from glasses that the handsome man feels if he knew that he looks ridiculous just like another Gordo with glasses who sits next to him they both think they are doing us a favor by serving customers who bought a car at that agency I hope they call their attention why very bad your attention
