La asesora de servicio Mode (así aparece su firma), a pesar de haber llegado a las 8am que era la hora de mi cita y ser el segundo carro en llegar no lo queria recibir, de mala gana cuando le mostré mi cita recibió el carro, diciéndome que si le hacían lo que toca me lo entregarían el lunes no el dia de hoy sábado como habíamos acordado y tuve que aceptar que no le hicieran lo que le tocaba para que me lo entreguen el mismo dia. Y al finalizar me dijo que no iban a lavar el carro ni darme transporte porque es el complemento de un servicio que previamente no pudieron terminar por falta de material, todo esto me lo dijo siempre de mala gana y con mala actitud
Terrible experience. And at the end he told me that they were not going to wash the car or give me transportation because it is the complement of a service that previously they could not finish due to lack of material, all this he always told me reluctantly and with a bad attitude
