★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ingeniero que da los precios para el servicio de mantenimiento, es muy déspota, apenas y se asomó, daba los precios sentado detrás de la pared y con muy mala actitud, la señorita que le apoya tenía hasta miedo de hablarle. Es la segunda vez que me toca ese joven y siempre es lo mismo, ojalá consideren capacitación a su personal para mejorar la atención de clientes ya que son la única opción de la marca en esta zona. En el área de refacciones la atención del chico fue excelente, me ayudó a saber a detalle cuáles eran las piezas para cambiar que yo necesitaba, y no solamente conmigo sino con el resto de clientes era muy atento.
The engineer who gives the prices for the maintenance service is very despotic, he barely leaned out, gave the prices sitting behind the wall and with a very bad attitude, the young lady who supported him was even afraid to talk to him. It is the second time that this young man touches me and it is always the same, I hope they consider training their staff to improve customer service since they are the only option of the brand in this area. In the spare parts area, the boy's attention was excellent, he helped me know in detail what parts to change that I needed, and not only with me but with the rest of the clients he was very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service, our family bough a brand new car, we chose a Nissan as we thought having the agency in Puerto would help with repairs, 3 months in the car brand new car, Nissan Frontier, had issue with power steering the fixed it, and oh forgot to align the tires - they say oh we dont do that!!!! Servicio terrible, uno pensaría que comprando un carro nuevo, Nissan Frontier y tener la sucursal en Puerto seria ideal, pero el servicio al cliente es ni cerca a aceptable.
