★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi coche x garantía, no me lo querían revisar hasta q pagara el servicio mismo que aun no le tocaba tenia 8700 km y es a los 10 mil, faltaba casi un mes para los 6 meses. Así q tuve q pagar PERO.. ME COBRAR9N $3500 de servicio cuando le correspondía el de 1800 pesos, argumentaron q tenia q pagar la revisión de la falla por la que lleve el coche, CUANDO ERA MI DERECHO LA REVISIÓN POR GARANTÍA SIN COSTO. Al tratar de reclamar al gerente de postventa, el gerente no esta en esa agencia, resulta que esta en lomas verdes y t lo niegan a toda costa para q no le reclames o lo enteres de lo que hacen sus subordinados en esta otra agencia, el gerente de taller es un abusivo su nombre es Javier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con respecto los ejecutivos muy buena atención y capaces para la venta de sus unidades...
Con respecto al financiamiento, una atrocidad xq querían cobrar intereses más del 20% cuando el financiamiento era a 3 meses sin intereses. En la corrida que nos hicieron solo subía el 1% por el manejo del financiamiento..ALGO IRREAL PERO EXISTE
Querían que comprara un accesorio para una camioneta que se pagó de contado y que nunca se le solicito.
Querían que se comprara con ellos un seguro con un costo de más de $30,000 pesos.
Y que gracias al ejecutivo que nos atendió en el proceso solo nos costó $16,000
Y no hablar del Gerente que se quedó enojado xq no compramos el accesorio ni el seguro. Y nos entretuvo bastante tiempo para entregar la unidad.
De no ser x el ejecutivo, estábamos a punto de llamar a una patrulla y a Profeco.
Tengan mucho cuidado. Los ejecutivos exelentes. La administración. Mala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado recién lleve mi unidad, lleve a cambiar aceite y filtro y no se me ocurrió revisar lo que le isieron cuando cheque el aceite era el mismo y según se le ISO el cambio junto con el filtro CUIDADO
