★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría que quien agenda las citas de servicios, le pase la información a quién recibe el vehículo, por que uno se queda con la idea de que el tipo de servicio que agendó es el correcto y cuándo llegas a dejar el auto te preguntan tipo:
¿De verdad ese servicio vas a escoger?
Y pues hombre, si ya he preguntado cuál es el indicado por el kilometraje y me han dado el tipo y precio final. ¿Por que la duda?
Además, en otras agencias te ofrecen llevarte a casa cuándo llevas tu auto a servicio.
Me generan desconfianza
En fin, uno va ahí por que no hay de otra.
I would like the person who schedules the service appointments to pass on the information to the person who receives the vehicle, because one is left with the idea that the type of service that was scheduled is the correct one and when you drop off the car they ask you something like:
Are you really going to choose that service?
And well man, if I have already asked which one is indicated by the mileage and they have given me the type and final price. Why the doubt?
In addition, in other agencies they offer you a ride home when you take your car in for service.
They make me distrust
In short, one goes there because there is no other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente excelente. No me gusta el trato para tramitar el crédito meten mucha presión para que te aprueben el crédito. Salió preaprobado... Posteriormente llaman a referencia a corraborar el cual nunca llamaron. Y te dan la explicación de malas referencias. Recomiendo GM CHEVROLET trámite excelente. Hoy ya tengo 1 año con mi vehículo. En menos de 4 días te dan un vehículo nuevo. Su tasa de interés la mejor del mercado. También KIA que NO sea agencia torres corzo son excelente servicio
Excellent customer service. I do not like the treatment to process the credit, they put a lot of pressure to get the credit approved. It came out pre-approved... Later they call a reference to corroborate which they never called. And they give you the explanation of bad references. I recommend GM CHEVROLET excellent procedure. Today I have 1 year with my vehicle. In less than 4 days they give you a new vehicle. Your interest rate is the best in the market. Also KIA that is NOT agency corzo towers are excellent service
