1-responden llamadas
2-ya que responden me dejaron esperando más de
10 minutos (en tres ocasiones)
3-su compromiso de entrega con fecha y hora no
la cumplen.
4-el personal sin compromiso por su trabajo, ya
que dañaron el coche que deje para el segundo
servicio de mantenimiento.
5-es la tercera ocasión que me dan para la entrega
del vehículo.
6- gerente de servicio, gerente de calidad y
gerencia en general no son capaces de resolver
el problema ni de capacitar a su personal.
7-la atención al cliente esta por demás decirlo,
llegando a nissan Torres Corzo ya que me
recibieron y hablaron gerente con gerente de no
se que departamento, me dejan esperando van
mas de 40 minutos y tal vez se llevarán mas!!

espera de que me resuelvan.
terrible service, annoying and unprofessional from the people who collaborate for nissan Torres Corzo.
1-answer calls
2-since they respond they left me waiting for more than
10 minutes (three times)
3-your delivery commitment with date and time not
they fulfill it.
4-the staff without commitment for their work, now
that they damaged the car that I left for the second
Maintenance service.
5-it is the third time they give me for delivery
vehicle.
6- service manager, quality manager and
management in general are not able to solve
the problem or training your staff.
7-customer service goes without saying,
