★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, me quitó toda satisfacción de haber comprado un auto nuevo, el gerente es un asco de persona y nomás está intentando sacar ventaja de sus empleados y de los clientes, el fulano me prometió unos tapetes por qué ya quería que sacara la camioneta a pesar que el banco aún no tenía los precios para el seguro y al último ni la cara dio. También me cobraron 5mil pesos más que por qué la unidad había cambiado de año sin importar que ya había pactado precio y había dado el anticipo y al día de hoy en su página las unidades siguen con el mismo precio que yo había pactado.
Para la entrega yo les avise con una semana de anticipación a qué hora podría y ni asi pudieron de plano saque la unidad sucia y por la puerta de un lado por qué ya estaba harto de sus negligencia

.dejé un versa 2020 el miércoles 27 de abril por fuga de anticongelante en la toma de agua..entra por garantía
..me dijeron me lo entreganan en una semana..mañana miércoles 11 de mayo se cumplen 15 días y nada...se comprometen a devolver la llamada y no lo hacen...hace un momento les marco y nct rn 9101300...qué enfado...mes de junio pxmo apenas van a ser dos años que me lo entregaron y ya presentó esa falla....pésima la atn en el depto de servicios y otro tanto en el de garantias..

Bueno para empezar ni el servicio recibí, solamente di la mitad de el total y nunca llego un repuesto de mi troca que según si estaba en su sistema pero venía de Japón, lo encargué y nunca llego, al momento de pedir reembolso me empezaron a poner muchas trabas y que hiciera una carta del por qué quería mi dinero! Pedi hablar con el gerente y según hablé con él pero pues la verdad no creo que haya sido el “gerente” y hasta el día de hoy no e recibido ningún peso
