★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando lleve mi vehículo a servicio quede muy satisfecha con el servicio, por lo que cuando me vi involucrada en una carambola y me dieron escoger a que agencia Nissan quería ir no dude en seleccionar Soni Universidad. El trato cuando llegue mostrando la info de la aseguradora fue muuuuy diferente. Para recibirme muy tardados, para saber el estatus de mi unidad yo los tenia que andar buscando. Una semana se tardaron en la evaluación del golpe, en correo con el contacto de la aseguradora les dijeron que ya estaban el 100% de las piezas y cuando yo les pregunte me dijeron que no que llegarían hasta el fin de semana. Me tardaron 2 semanas y media en tener mi unidad que es mi instrumento de trabajo. Y cuando me entregaron, parecía que me estaban haciendo un favor. Decepcionada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad una pésima experiencia no recomiendo que compren aquí. Me ofrecieron varios beneficios y a la mera hora no los respetaron. Me ofrecieron un crédito Nissan con 0% de interés porque “me convenía más” y después sin avisarme en el contrato me habían incluido “sus regalos” y cosas que yo explícitamente les dije que no quería a la cotización y no me dejaron cambiarlo porque así lo dijo la financiera. Me prometían que entregaban el coche un día y no lo entregaban porque los de administración se van a la 1pm. Diario salía algo diferente de verdad me arrepentí muchísimo de comprar un coche aquí. Enserio ha sido una experiencia horrible no se los recomiendo para nada.
Really a bad experience I do not recommend buying here. They offered me several benefits and at the mere hour they did not respect them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé por qué abren si no tienen disponibles sus servicios. Me decepciona que nadie en la agencia fue capaz de darme unos limpiadores, pero qué tal cobran. Allí detectaron que no servían mis limpiadores y no los quisieron cambiar. Ahora estoy sin visibilidad en lluvias. Solo agradezco a una chica que intentó hacerlo. Pero mejor hubieran cerrado las puertas al público si no pueden atender. Ya mejor me cambio a Suzuki.
I don't know why they open if they don't have their services available. I'm disappointed that no one at the agency was able to get me some cleaners, but how about they charge. There they detected that my cleaners were not working and they did not want to change them. Now I am without visibility in rain. I just thank a girl who tried to do it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la gerente "oddy" es pésima y lamentable. No sé cómo le pueden dar puestos importantes a gente que se caracteriza por tener un alto grado de antivalores. Deben quitar los techos de Nissan universidad la señora no cabe; por el ego y sus zapatillas.
—Tengan mucho cuidado al comprar Semi nuevos, a mi me vendieron uno chocado y restaurado, afortunadamente me di cuenta a tiempo y lo pude devolver. ¡Tengan cuidado, no lo compren si no les dan precio de auto colisionado !
