★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive for what it is and being in Mexico City. They’re great. They were open. The guy working there speaks good English. Very nice. Dog friendly. Quiet neighborhood hood. Owner who is also Mexica was on vacation when we were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of flavor and base options. The success of the combination depends greatly on how well matched flavor and base are. It's an specially good idea to ask about your choice to the servers. Tried a milk-mango combo with passion fruit spheres and it matched nicely, the mango flavor was subtle but good enough to still be perceived. The service is not the quickest, maybe 5-10 minute wait if there's one or two couples waiting in front of the line, but it's well worth.
Also, the ice cream tastes lighter than regular ice cream, this is, it melts so much quicker in the mouth, maybe due to the fact that it's mixed with the nitrogen and some of it remains within the mixture making the dessert foamier. Definitely try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty interesting little ice cream shop. They make your ice cream to order, so it takes a little time. You can have it made vegan, yogurt, whole milk, or light milk. Frozen then with nitrogen..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of the shop is attractive but the ice creams' taste is rather common and in my personal experience they are not out of this world and rather expensive for my liking. But it is worth giving a try for yourself and see whether you like them or not. They are not good, but not as spectacular as the pretend to be.
