Only $139 a night.long term consider.and monthly rentals too.
The common area and pool are great and beach is just a 2 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, right at two steps from the beach. The personnel is friendly. The swimming pool is big and nice, as the entire place. The apartment we stayed at had a big terrace with a private swimming pool and a barbecue looking at the beach. It was perfect. Our apartment was also very big and although not super perfectly clean, it was good enough. There's some things to improve here and there as it is not super new and you can tell some people have been here before and no wifi either... but the space, the terrace and the air conditioning made up for it. Overall, I'd recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware: If you are going to Nitta condo to stay, then it's fabulous. Gorgeous views, well maintained property, large pool, convenient location, and more. But if you are thinking of buying a unit, think twice, and then think again. The managing company and the company that will now be selling 24 units are corrupt and dishonest. It's truly unfortunate because this is a lovely place, so if you're looking for a vacation rental then think no more and enjoy this place!
For those looking to purchase a condo, it may look lovely on the outside, but I wouldn't trust those involved at all. Pretty shady.
