S	Saulo Gallegos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si le interesa mejorar su servicio, para eso es mi reseña, hay mucha oportunidad de mejora, en el viaje que acabo de tener de todo incluido al hotel hacienda buena ventura, 3 puntos de mejora el principal el transporte nos toco en el autobús numero 3 la unidad 1232 de turismo ejecutivo vallara el personal muy bien atento y muy profesional, la unidad en malas condiciones, de ida el aire acondicionado toso el camino haciendo el ruido de rechinido de la banda del compresor y de regreso arreglaron el rechinido pero no enfriaba lo suficiente, otra no puedes esperar tener un viaje de cuatro horas solo con solo un mingitorio transportando gente mayor, el baño se tapo porque esta acondicionado solo para orinar, lo mismo paso de regreso apestaba horrible, y trae problemas en la suspencion lo que hace que parezca mecedora si a eso le suman las curvas, hace muy incomodo el viaje, el audio de la película pasaba por un bache y se dejaba de oír., 2 a la hora de contratar no te mencionan que tendrás que esperar por tu habitación 2 horas o mas al llegar a destino, con un viaje tan desastroso como fue lo único que quieres es llegar a tu habitación y descansar un rato pero en lugar de eso un desorden al llegar al hotel y no contaban con las habitaciones suficientes, y tres en el todo incluido no te mencionan que de regreso se parran en un lugar a comer ya fuera de eso y que tendrá costo, y no es ese el problema sino que es un lugar con precios inflados y mala atención y en medio de la nada, en donde a los conductores los llevan a otro lugar para darles de comer y otros beneficios por parar alli. yo en lo personal primera y única vez que uso sus servicios todo lo que es hasta el viaje muy bien, el viaje te quedas con una horrible sensación de malestar al llegar a tu casa.
