★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rooms are clean, the place is kept well, and this has nothing to do with the owners, there are incredibly load barking dogs next door and its by a busy street. Even with ear plugs it was very nosey place. If you are a hard sleeper you'll be fine. It is rather close to the downtown area and safe.
