Nizuc Luxury Villas - 77500 Cancún

Everyone on the planet should experience this resort at least once in their life. Love it and will return annually and every chance we get. its clean, quiet, high quality food and drinks. The attention at the beach and abundance of cabanas and lounge chairs is really nice.

This is an extremely nice wedding venue and honeymoon destination. Very attentive staff. Food is excellent. Rooms are superb. Get out your big checkbook.

This was a magnificent resort!! The people who work there are sooo nice!!! We had little kids ( age 5 and 8) and they loved it too. I would definitely go back again!! Restuarants were very good and beaches and pool were perfect with great service there too. Get your tickets and go!! You wont regret it .?

I have been to many 5 star hotels. This one is a disappointment, unfortunately. The beach is rather small and poor compared to others in the Cancun beach area. I enjoyed very much JW Marriott for example. Maybe Nizuc has the concept of locking the guests to the resort. But they make it complicated for the guests to call a taxi. They don’t even have a waiting area for one taxi - so you always wait. I tried to reserve it in advance, but that doesn’t work - first come first serve. Therefore also, you can’t sit inside and wait. You must wait outside. Or follow the advice of the bellboy: get the card from the driver and call him directly to organise it yourself! I have never received such comment in a 5 star hotel. Food is ok, breakfast buffet is sufficient but if you like something warm, you have to wait in a line to be served - really, you do the waiter’s job. Why again the 15% tip? Just from bringing the coffee and the check? Rooms are nice and big, beds too soft for my taste. I will not recommend this hotel at all and I will never come back here, sorry to say. The details make the happiness. Nizuc fails me on that entirely.

Beautiful resort. We had an excellent stay. Staff was very nice and attentive to all our needs. Beach was well maintained. The infinity pool with views or the ocean was nice!

This is by far one of the best places we've visited. it was an AMAZING experience. This is our new GO TO if we are going to Cancun. The level of attention from the hotel employees is beyond HIGH. What a great place. Made us feel like home.
