NIZUC Resort & Spa - 77500 Cancún

Beautiful property with excellent service. Love the pools and the beach. Even the basic rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Spa is lovely, with excellent treatment options. Very, very relaxing resort option for an otherwise somewhat chaotic cancun.

The best resort in Cancun. Amazing service and staff. 2 negatives, Villas are too secluded, stay in regular rooms with a view, at least that is what I preferred. Beach is not ideal as it is in a cove and has no waves or activity. Great resort if you like quiet.

Such a unique and memorable experience. We had an incredible experience at Nizuc from start to finish. We loved our room and ocean view and had the best sleep in a long time (however, I do think they need to separate families from couples without kids). We loved there were so many options with multiple beaches and pools. At first I didn’t understand why the beach area is so weedy in certain areas - until I had the lifeguard offer to give me a private tour of the protected coral reef WOW. What an incredible experience. There is a massive coral reef at the end of the pier and I am still in awe of this. Once you see this for yourself, you will understand the protected coast line and beach area. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and breakfast each morning. Nothing felt repetitive- each meal unique and memorable. On our last day we booked a taco making class with the head chef and had a lovely time and even learned some new tricks for taco night at home, like how to make tortillas from scratch. So cool. We loved the golf carts that transported you across the property. I was worried we’d be having to walk constantly but the service here is incredible. Every single person was helpful, friendly, and made our stay memorable. Tip - take the time to read through the schedule of classes, live Cuban music, book some excursions and you’ll have a fabulous vacation.

I had the most beautiful experience with my beautiful best friends and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to blow any standard I had set. This place is the adult Disney. Absolutely stunning and the customer service is beyond phenomenal. Breath taking views. The warmest hospitality.

This resort was simply beautiful from beginning to end. The service was superb, special thanks to Jorge, Doris and Gabo for making my trip great and made sure I felt safe. My only con the restaurants were very expensive and though do not disturb sign was placed outside the door, staff still entered the room on 2 separate occasions. Aside from that, the experience was tranquil and allowed me a peaceful reset.

You get what you pay for and this hotel is worth every penny. The staff, the food, the views. Every guest is temperature scanned and screened for a negative COVID test prior to check-in. The property is gigantic and you'll need shuttled golf carts to get around. Spa service, drinks and meals are $$$$. Overall much needed relaxing vacation.

Truly cannot think of one negative thing to say. The staff, the spa, the beaches, the service, the facilities, the rooms, the food…everything was above and beyond our expectations. It’s hard to say what we loved most, but I can’t overemphasize how amazing the staff is. Beyond anything else, the people that work here stand out as truly exceptional. Everyone is so kind, friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure your stay is as great as it possibly can be. This was our second time visiting and I’m certain it won’t be our last!

A beautiful hotel with some very nice views. The staff is great and always on top of things. The food was great while there for a conference and for the extra day. Love the little pools with our big rooms. Did not mind how big and spread out the layout was. There was golf carts to help transfer you around. Nice amenities. I would love to come back here.
