Überall ist Schimmel an den Wänden, der Boden ist rutschig, weil mit billigem Reiniger gewischt wurde. die Couch Möbel sind voll von großen Flecken, überall ist es dreckig. Wir haben die Betreiber nach Rückerstattung gefragt, diese waren überhaupt nicht kompromissbereit und stellen sich dagegen. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not a bit like the other pictures. The reviews saying it's clean weren't apparently on site. There is mold everywhere on the walls, the floor is slippery from wiping with cheap cleaner. the couch furniture is full of big stains, it's dirty everywhere. We asked the operators for a refund, they were not at all willing to compromise and oppose it.

We've booked a 3 bedroom APARTMENT and when we got there it was 3 separated rooms. The place was dirty and smelly, the rooms and humid and smell like mold. We asked for the refund and the hotel said they would do it, but when they did it by booking they stole 100 dollars from us claiming that we didn't cancel the reservation (there was no such option and we did all the thing over booking support as they told us to). After I complained they blocked me on whatsapp and refuse to give our money back. Stealers.
