★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio de un retoque de tinte (raíz de 30 días) es de $3,000. Tinte sólido (sin luces, sin rayos, sin nada especial).
Yo al salón me voy a relajar y ahí me pidieron que estuviera al pendiente de mis tiempos de tinte y que "buscara" a la señora cuando pasaran 20 minutos.
Me ofrecieron una ampolleta y la rechacé. Cuando tenía el cabello mojado y el cuello doblado en el lavabo me dijeron que si no me compraba la ampolleta no me iban a poder desenredar el cabello. ???? Yo me lo desenredo diariamente sin ampolletas. Luego de insistirme, me pasaron la toalla por la cabeza y me pusieron un peine frente a mí. Jamás había ido a un lugar en donde no te quitaran el exceso de agua con una secadora (no peinado ni moldeo) tan solo esperaba que quitaran el exceso de agua.... No, me fui con el cabello totalmente empapado, escurriendo, con una mala experiencia y con $3,000 menos.
PS. El color quedó muy bien, exactamente mi tono, pero obviamente no justifica ese precio.
The price of a color touch-up (30 day root) is $3,000. Solid tint (no highlights, no lightning, nothing special).
I am going to the salon to relax and there they asked me to be aware of my dye times and to "look" for the lady when 20 minutes had passed.
They offered me a vial and I refused it. When my hair was wet and my neck bent in the sink, they told me that if I didn't buy the vial they wouldn't be able to untangle my hair. ???? I untangle it daily without blisters. After insisting, they passed the towel over my head and put a comb in front of me. I had never been to a place where they did not remove the excess water with a dryer (not combed or molded) I just hoped that they would remove the excess water.... No, I left with my hair totally soaked, dripping, with a bad experience and with $3,000 less.
. The color was very good, exactly my tone, but obviously it does not justify that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carísimo, no me gustó el balayage que me hicieron, me lo dejaron cobrizo horrible en vez de rubio, además me hicieron un despunte sin pedirlo y me lo cobraron. Lo único bueno es la atención, te dan té de manzanilla. Esto en 2019.
Very expensive, I didn't like the balayage they did to me, they left it horrible coppery instead of blonde, they also made me a highlight without asking for it and they charged me for it. The only good thing is the attention, they give you chamomile tea. This in 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir por un presupuesto para un tinte con mi hermana y la atención de la colorista, una señora ya grande, fue despota y sin paciencia para aclarar mis inquietudes. Por los 11 mil pesos que nos presupuesto por los 2 tintes al menos esperaría una atención cordial. No podría opinar de su trabajo porque obviamente no me quede, pero con esa actitud poco importaría que fuera la mejor colorista sino sabe tratar a sus clientes ?
I just went for a quote for a dye with my sister and the attention of the colorist, an older lady, was rude and without patience to clarify my concerns. For the 11,000 pesos that we quoted for the 2 dyes, I would at least expect cordial attention. I couldn't comment on her work because obviously I didn't stay, but with that attitude it wouldn't matter if she was the best colorist if she didn't know how to treat her clients ?

Saúl (in the picture) took his time understanding what hair cut I want and adding his suggestions. This guy has been cutting hair for 21 years!
The result was perfection. The style complements my face and it boosted my confidence immediately.
Manuel (the owner of the salon) took his time to introduce himself and even suggested nice places to eat in CDMX.
The helpers whose name I didn’t get a chance to know were extremely friendly, gentle, and professional.
I’m glad I found this place by just a Google search. Will come back next time I’m here!
