Vale la pena ir hasta para saludar por la gente que uno se puede encontrar, los mejores músicos del país llevan ahí su equipo.
It is worth a highly recommended place, if you want personalized attention you have to make an appointment, your store is very well stocked, the engineer Octavio is one of the best in the middle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi amplificador a arreglar y me dijeron que estaría entre 5 y 8 días. Llamé 15 días después, y me atendieron como si los estuviera machacando todos los días, y me dijeron que "llegaron muchos amplificadores antes que el mío". Aparte de ser una mentira, porque eso me lo hubieran dicho en el momento, completamente otra actitud.
Originalmente me habían dicho que serían $1000. Pasaron más semanas y cuando se cumplió el mes (que además me dijeron que era muy insistente, cuando ellos mismos dijeron tiempos mucho menores y nunca se comunicaron) me dijeron que ya estaba arreglado pero que serían $1800 porque "encontraron otros problemas" que nunca me reportaron ni enseñaron, porque su comunicación fue NULA. Me vi forzado a pagar el precio para que no me lo dejaran mal, muy poco transparente el lugar. Al ser confrontados me bajaron el precio a $1500, muchas gracias pero se quedan con su reseña de 1 estrella porque todavía siento que me tranzaron. No recomiendo este lugar para nada.
I took my amp to be fixed and they told me it would be between 5 and 8 days. I called 15 days later, and they treated me like I was pounding them every day, and they told me that "a lot of amps arrived before mine." Apart from being a lie, because they would have told me at the time, completely another attitude.
I was originally told it would be $ 1000. When confronted, they lowered my price to $ 1500, thank you very much but keep your 1 star review because I still feel like I was traded. I do not recommend this place at all.
