★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hostel in a fantastic location for exploring Merida. The pool is great with a reasonable social vibe around it most days. Not as much of a party hostel as some of the other Che Nomads.
One drawback; on our last day there were kids in the pool - it really killed the vibe and really isn’t cool in a backpacker hostel. I appreciate COVID has meant things have had to change to keep money coming in - but this was a pretty unwelcome surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff, agressive and incompetent. Arrived at 5am with the night bus. Asked for a bed. Receptionnist said Sure, took my money, and THEN told me that checkout was the next day at 2. What the F. Long haired staff member was super creepy towards my female travel companion. Absolutely terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit Merida frequently, but this was my first stay at Nomadas. Although I am an older man who usually enjoys his privacy, I found the staff and other guests a joy to be with. The facilities are close to the historic center on a safe street, clean, well-kept, and I might even add somewhat "exotic" with the beautiful landscaping, pool, and well-appointed communal kitchen. I enjoyed a private room with king bed, AC, and private bath. It was spacious, airy, and well-lit. Most of the younger patrons were European which added to the exotic ambience. Book online for the best bargains and DON'T hesitate to stay here. I know I won't. Nomadas has become my hotel of choice when I travel to Merida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing stay at Nomadas. Beautiful common space with a great pool. Free mineral water to refill our bottles everyday. And very central, located in the historic center of Merida.
Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for about half a week. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hostel itself is clean, spacious and beautiful. The Plaza Mayor is about five minutes down the road and the Paseo Montejo is nearby, also. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but pricey for dorms at 28$ US a night. They don't even provide towels, you must pay 3$ plus deposit. Nice pool area close to DT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hostel with a big swimming pool and a lot of trees and plant. You have the feeling of staying in a jungle.
The personal is very friendly and they organize little thing for every guest so it is easy to get to know each other.
I slept very well, maybe because the mattresses are thick.
The WiFi was very good.
The location is perfect, because it is not so loud like on the center, but you can reach it in 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing stay at Che Nomados! The hostel itself is a lovely balance of being nice and chill but still having an atmosphere to hang out there if you want to. Spent a few nights there playing pool with the staff and other guests :)
The staff here are really great. Angie in particular was super helpful when my friend was sick there. She checked in on him, gave great advice and really cared. Thank you Angie ? Shout out to Kevin as well, he's a really friendly and welcoming guy. He brought everyone together to hang out and do things and he makes an excellent burger ?
Couldn't recommended the place highly enough!
