★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experiencia, lavado mal hecho y a la carrera, pague por 2 extras, con un total de 480 pesos, tenia tierra en muchas partes todavia despues, comenté esto al jefe en turno y me comentó que la volviera a ingresar, media hora despues , mismo resultado, todavia faltaban partes, y los cristales muy mal hecho, la pantalla del coche suciesísima y no aspiraron, no me dieron solución porque ya habían cerrado (porque para colmo tardaron más de hora y 20 en darme el coche)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo sirve para quitar el polvo de afuera y de adentro queda medio aspirado, fuera de eso, es MUY caro para el servicio que dan.
El parabrisas sucio tuve que pedir que le pasaran el trapo y me dijeron que no se quitaba lo que traía, YO le pase el trapo y les enseñé que si se quitaba.
Manchas en el cofre me dijeron "es de la pintura", mismo caso le pedí el trapo, se lo pase y quedó limpio.
Las ventanas alrededor las dejan sucias, todo lo hacen al aventón y no lo dejan limpio.
Si cobraran la mitad lo consideraría un servicio decente, pero por los $130 que cobran (carro chico) deberían dejarlo completamente limpio.

The dirty windshield I had to ask them to wipe it and they told me that it did not take off what it brought, I wiped it and showed them that it did take off.
Stains on the chest they told me "it's from the paint", same case I asked him for the rag, I passed it to him and it was clean.
The windows around are left dirty, everything is hitchhiked and they don't leave it clean.
If they charged half that I would consider it a decent service, but for the $130 they charge (small car) they should clean it up completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El rodillo que lava la parte frontal y en si, cofre, techo y cajuela no toco mi auto. Por lo que al salir del lavado era como si solo le hubieran echado agua y ya. Me cobraron lo mismo y no es la primera vez. Si la máquina presenta un desperfecto lo entiendo, pero avisen y no cobren por un servicio que no están ofreciendo.
Tengo al menos un año de ser cliente recurrente ( 3 a 4 carros mando por semana) pero lo dejaré de ser por el momento.
Ojalá haya una respuesta ágil y honestidad al informar al cliente que se deberá lavar a mano mientras arreglan la máquina, y claro no cobrar el servicio que no se da.

The roller that washes the front part and itself, hood, roof and trunk did not touch my car. So when it came out of the wash it was as if they had just poured water on it and that's it. They charged me the same and it's not the first time. If the machine has a problem, I understand it, but let me know and do not charge for a service that you are not offering.
I have been a recurring customer for at least a year (I drive 3 to 4 cars per week) but I will stop being for the time being.
Hopefully there will be an agile response and honesty when informing the client that they must wash by hand while they fix the machine, and of course not charge for the service that is not provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La limpieza de interiores es muy mala. Pero muy mala de verdad. Hay que llegar a limpiar el tablero y más interiores porque los limpian al aventón. Pensé que había tenido mala suerte con el lavador pero no, así trabajan.
Las instalaciones están bien.
Vayan a conocer y juzguen si regresan o no.
Mi experiencia ha sido mala.
The interior cleaning is very bad. But really bad. You have to get to clean the dashboard and more interiors because they clean them by hitchhiking. I thought I was unlucky with the washer but no, that's how they work.
The facilities are fine.
Go meet and judge if they return or not.
My experience has been bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la llegada explican de manera excelente los paquetes que tienen. La sala de espera es la mejor en la que he estado, cómoda y con asientos al aire libre. Le urgía a mi coche un lavado y aspirado y superó mis expectativas el lugar. Volvería. El precio por el paquete básico es $124 y bien que lo valen.
From arrival they explain in an excellent way the packages they have. The waiting room is the best I have been in, comfortable and with outdoor seating. I urged my car to be washed and vacuumed and the place exceeded my expectations. Would go back. The price for the basic package is $ 124 and they are well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and great service...definitely worth lining up for! I love that there is a playground for the kids while you wait for the detailing of the car to be completed, and a cafeteria with wifi. The actual cleaning and detailing was really good as well. Highly reccomend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really organized. But the labors are not professional. I had to point out the mistakes. I am still not aware if they have detailing services or just a simple car wash, because the technician who received me denied if they had a car detailing service. The place needs a ton of improvements in terms of quality. I understand, for many people, getting their car washed in 10 mins is a dream come true, but for some people like me, our car needs to be attended with care and quality. We pamper our cars, not just treat them like just another piece of metal.
I request the people here to make changes, in terms of improving their quality and train their labors to do a good job.
