Comprar un pastel también es un servicio. Al menos saludar, decir buenas tardes, que va a llevar, que lo disfrute. Lo básico. Edición: El 6 de octubre fue mi cumpleaños, y compré un pastel que decía hecho el 6 para comer el 7. Ya en la hora de partir el pastel, todos lo probamos muy agrio :( ya no lo comimos. Hoy es el cumpleaños de mi mama y ya no creo comprar de nuevo en Nonina's. Pero reconozco mucho que el personal nuevo es muy amable. Una chica joven, muy atenta y rápida. Desde siempre les hemos comprado los pasteles a ustedes. Llamé para encargar un pastel porque el cumpleaños de mi esposo es el domingo y coincide con el día del padre. Pues no, que no hay pedidos porque "si no lo sabe, el domingo es día del padre". Es justo por eso que quiero pedir el pastel del sabor que queremos y no uno de los que ofrecerán ese día. La verdad, es buena pastelería pero con unas empleadas tan malas veremos otra pastelería, en Puebla hay muchísimas y seguramente mejores. La calidad de los pasteles es buena, lastima del personal que atiende, eso les resta clientela.
