★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio no lo recomiendo, lleve mi vocho por que tenia un problema... al andar dejaba de acelerar sola la maquina y se apagaba, lo lleve y me dijeron que los arneses estaban sueltos me cobraron diagnostico una pieza y me lo entregaron, saliendo al siguiente dia la misma falla, lo volvi a llevar y que un sensor, deje el vehículo me marcaron para autorizar comprar la pieza y despues de un dia no tenia razón de ellos, marque y que lo estaban checando que ellos me marcaban por la tarde, al siguiente dia tuve que ir y me dijeron que por la tarde lo entregaban solo le hacían unas pruebas, al siguiente dia me lo entregan y el carro despues de una hora trabajando tuvo la misma falla. Me parece que nunca se tomaron el tiempo para checarlo ni decirme que no encontraron el problema solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo, hasta eso solo me cobraron las piezas que se cambiaron y el diagnostico. Conclusión falta de profesionalismo.
Terrible service I do not recommend, I took my car because I had a problem ... when I walked, the machine stopped accelerating by itself and it turned off, I took it and they told me that the harnesses were loose, they charged me for a diagnosis and they gave it to me, leaving The next day the same failure, I took it back and a sensor, I left the vehicle, they marked me to authorize the purchase of the part and after one day I had no reason for them, I checked and that they were checking it that they marked me in the afternoon The next day I had to go and they told me that in the afternoon they would only deliver it, they would only do some tests, the next day they gave it to me and the car after an hour working had the same failure. It seems to me that they never took the time to check it or tell me that they did not find the problem, they only made me waste my time, until that they only charged me for the parts that were changed and the diagnosis. Conclusion lack of professionalism.

Llevé mi coche a reparar, lo fui a recoger dos días después de que me avisaron que estaba listo porque andaba de viaje y cuando lo recibí el tanque de gasolina estaba vacío cuando yo se los dejé con más de medio tanque (de hecho lo había llenado dos días antes y solo lo usé para llevarlo a otros dos talleres en la misma zona) Supongo que supieron que tenían tiempo y lo usaron para todo lo que quisieron y eso se llama ABUSO DE CONFIANZA. Cuando les reclamé lo aceptaron pero no me pagaron la gasolina porque no estaba el jefe. Si no me pagan la gasolina los voy a demandar ante PROFECO, eso no se vale.
Me hicieron dar otras dos vueltas y me pagaron lo que quisieron. *SI TRAEN SU COCHE REVISEN SUS PERTENENCIAS, INCLUYENDO LA GASOLINA*
I totally lost confidence in this workshop. I took my car to repair, I went to pick it up two days after they told me it was ready because I was on a trip and when I received it the gas tank was empty when I left them with more than half a tank (in fact I had filled it two days before and I only used it to take it to two other workshops in the same area) I guess they knew they had time and they used it for everything they wanted and that is called ABUSE OF TRUST. When I complained, they accepted it but they didn't pay me for gas because the boss wasn't there. If they don't pay me for gasoline, I'm going to sue them before PROFECO, that's not worth it.
They made me do two more laps and paid me what they wanted. * IF YOU BRING YOUR CAR, CHECK YOUR BELONGINGS, INCLUDING GASOLINE *
