They do not respect appointments, you can lose up to an hour without being attended. I hope you take it into account out of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes me gustaba mucho ir ahí porque realmente los servicios son buenos pero las ultimas veces que fui ya no respetaban el tiempo de las citas, me llegaron a atender hasta 40 minutos después de mi hora programada (y eso porque a los 30 minutos les dije que ya me iba y me dijeron que ya seguia) y aun después de eso fui otras 2 o 3 veces y la misma historia de esperar más de 20 minutos para que me atendieran y nisiquiera se disculpan por hacerte esperar.
I used to like going there a lot because the services are really good, but the last few times I went they no longer respected the time of the appointments, they even attended me up to 40 minutes after my scheduled time (and that because after 30 minutes I told them that I was leaving and they told me I was going on) and even after that I went another 2 or 3 times and the same story of waiting more than 20 minutes to be served and they don't even apologize for making you wait.
