A	Amber Spivey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have a Nortek A/C unit and tried for over a year to get a repair guy out that Nortek used with the company Baker? the guy NEVER came out and now our unit is 2 years old and runs like a 25 year old unit? was told by a representative "JUDY" that it will now be our responsibility to "fix" our unit. we have small kids and grand kids our unit bought from Nortek. only cools to about 89 during the day here in the sunny Florida and a whooping 77 at night. this is ridiculous! not to mention that the company was very unprofessional when forcing me " the customer" dealing with the warranty department. I had to tell my situation 4 times and still got no where.

If you purchase a mobile home, insist that the seller install any other AC equipment than Nortek!!! Terrible, cheap. . . How does an evaporator coil, in the coils themselves, begin leaking after only three years of normal use. . . Cheap materials and workmanship, that is how. . .
