★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst AC equipment I've ever came across. . . Evaporator core started leaking after only 3 years of service. Of course, it was out of warranty after one year. . . If you purchase a mobile home, insist that the seller install any other AC equipment than Nortek!!! Terrible, cheap. . . How does an evaporator coil, in the coils themselves, begin leaking after only three years of normal use. . . Cheap materials and workmanship, that is how. . .
