★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención , parece como si te hicieran un favor , les molesta que repitan los códigos cuando se distorsiona el teléfono (igual vía telefónica me dejan mucho tiempo en espera) ,en cuanto a garantías está peor la situación. Si aún sigo es por los precios , pero los ejecutivos son inestables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro aqui por los precios, No por el servicio.. Mala political de garantia, devolucion, cambios. Ni los de escritorio ni los de gerencia tienen idea de lo que es buen servicio al cliente.
I buy here for the prices, not for the service .. Bad policy of guarantee, returns, exchanges. Neither the desk nor the management have a clue what good customer service is.

Llevo seis días esperando me entreguen mi compra y mi ejecutivo asignado anda de vacaciones. Ojala mejoren, por eso luego mejor compro en otras curales de CT aunque me cobren el envío.
Terrible service, the phone always fails, emails take a long time to answer, poor tracking of purchases. I've been waiting for my purchase for six days and my assigned executive is on vacation. Hopefully they improve, so then I better buy in other CT clinics even if they charge me for shipping.
