★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El licenciado Guillermo Ballesteros es sumamente grosero, hace poco fuí a esta notaría y este licenciado me recibió de una manera muy grosera gritándome "¿Qué quiere?, Y no es la primera vez que se porta así, en otra ocasión fui para hacer un trámite de otra propiedad debido a que estoy en el ámbito de las bienes raíces y también se portó de manera grosera y todos los presentes se quedaron callados. No me caería de sorpresa que también se portara así con más gente. No volveré a acudir a hacer trámites en esa notaría
 The lawyer Guillermo Ballesteros is extremely rude, I recently went to this notary's office and this lawyer received me in a very rude way shouting "What do you want? And it is not the first time that he behaves like this, on another occasion I went to do a procedure from another property because I am in the real estate field and he was also rude and everyone present was silent. I would not be surprised if he also behaved like this with more people. I will not go back to do paperwork in that notary's office
