Si tuvieran la educación de presentarse cuando levantan el teléfono y toman la llamada. Otra cosa sería. Ni modo ustedes perdieron un cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 1 año intentando escriturar y no hay modo, no contestan los correos, cuando logro que contesten las llamadas dicen si se quien eres pero cuando ya les pide uno la información no tienen idea de que les hablo. Mande toda la información que solicitaron y por más que he pedido la cantidad y cuenta para depositar no me dan la cuenta y ni siquiera me dicen cuanto será. Me urge sacar mis escrituras y me tienen atada a esta notaria porque tienen convenio. Necesito sacar mis escrituras cada año incrementa más el costo y no me resuelven nada. Ahora resulta que porque no tienen Internet en su computadora no pueden iniciar mi tramite después de 1 año.
