★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es personalizada por las personas que laboran allí y es buena, por lo que respecta al Notario: este ocupa el dinero pagado de los impuestos para asuntos personales, desde el 10 de febrero de 2016, se realizó la protocolización de una escritura de compraventa y a la fecha (6 de noviembre de 2018) no se ha realizado el pago de impuestos y por consecuencia, la inscripción ante el Registro Público de la Propiedad. La única ocasión que tuvo a fin comunicarse personalmente conmigo, era para conocer si realizaría otro trámite sobre un inmueble y al yo recalcarle mi insistencia en que primero se resolviera lo del inmueble, no tuvo comunicación alguna nuevamente. Se ha solicitado a través del Colegio de Notarios conocer el estatus del trámite, pero parecieran recomendaciones de la CNDH al Ministerio Público, pues hace caso omiso, cuando se marca a su oficina nunca se encuentra, y así, no se ve fin al trámite encomento.
Si desean realizar algún trámite en esta Notaría, les sugiero que para el pago de impuestos soliciten sus líneas de captura y ustedes mismos realicen los pagos sino quieren verse envueltos en esta misma situación.
Nota: conocí esta Notaría por un cliente que duró más 5 años en liberar unas escrituras de adjudicación de otro inmueble.

It has been requested through the College of Notaries to know the status of the procedure, but they seem to be recommendations from the CNDH to the Public Ministry, because it ignores it, when its office is dialed it is never found, and thus, there is no end to the comment procedure .
If you want to carry out any procedure in this Notary's Office, I suggest that you request your capture lines for the payment of taxes and you make the payments yourself if you do not want to be involved in this same situation.
Note: I got to know this Notary's Office through a client who took more than 5 years to release some deeds of adjudication of another property.
