Siempre que hablo resulta que no está y no me quieren dar una cita para tratar lo de mi asunto. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Y a la hora de cualquier reembolso, solo le dan a uno puras vueltas, el Lic Santillan jamás contesta un msj, ni llamada. Llevo más de un mes tratando de recuperar algo y aún es día que puras promesas y pretextos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los servicios notariales son una de mis actividades principales, habíamos estado huérfanos de notario, ya que el que tenía de cabecera lamentablemente falleció. El Lic. Juan Bautista Flores titular de la notaría 114. Se portó muy bien, nos brindó todas las atenciones y nos sacó una escritura donde teníamos el tiempo encima, por la falta de atención en otra notaría.
Las instalaciones pueden mejorarlas, están céntricas y de fácil acceso.
El Lic. Santillan no contesta los mensajes y llamadas, es algo molesto.
Acudan a realizar sus trámites notariales.
Los costos son razonables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La notaria 114 es ineficiente, irresponsable, sin profesionalismo ni valores, les recomiendo pongan su queja ante la Dirección general de asuntos y procedimientos notariales porque de otra manera no tendrán solución, el colegio de notarios no realiza ninguna acción resolutiva, a mi me adeudan una escritura ya por 6 años. Hay que denunciar y difundir la mala praxis de la notaria 114 para que otras personas no tengan la misma problemática.

Se fue de Ixtapaluca con cientos de adeudos de escrituras, testamentos y seguramente muchos trámites más. Son un timo, parecen fraude. Casi 5 años esperando nuestra escritura sin recibir respuesta.
