★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo el servicio, llevo 6 años en un tramite y no lo han resuelto, pasan los meses y no me reportan el avance. Mande detalles de mi caso al mail que describio en la respuesta, sigo sin recibir ni mail ni llamada de seguimiento.
The service is very bad, I have been in a process for 6 years and they have not resolved it, months go by and they do not report the progress. Send details of my case to the email that you described in the answer, I still do not receive a follow-up email or call.

CRISTINA para algun tramite, porfa pidan que la cambien, si es que a fuerza tienen utilizar los servicios de esta notaria. En ninguna circunstancia dejen que esta señora les haga ningun tramite. La persona con menos profesionalismo con el trabajo que he encontrado. Por todo el proceso de venta de un departamento todo lo que vi fue falta de informacion, falta de compromiso y responsabilidad. Error atras de error, que me costaron dinero. Si es asi con un tramite complicado como venta de un inmueble, imaginense con algo mas sencillo. Alejense de este lugar si es posible. Una pena que no lo puedo calificar con nota 0.
The worst service that can be found in Mexico. If you touch Lic. CRISTINA for some procedure, porfa ask to change it, if they have to use the services of this notary. Under no circumstances let this lady do any procedure. The person with less professionalism with the work that I have found. Throughout the process of selling an apartment, all I saw was lack of information, lack of commitment and responsibility. Error behind error, they cost me money. If so with a complicated process such as selling a property, imagine something simpler. Get away from this place if possible. A pity that I can not qualify with note 0.
