★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, personal "bonito" y amable pero pésimo servicio. He estado en otras notarías y en ninguna me habían hecho esperar más de 15 minutos en cambio aquí fue más de una 1 hora y para decirme que por segunda vez perdieron mis escrituras, que no las encuentran porque seguro se traspapelaron cuando llamé por 3a vez para preguntar si ya estaban listas para que fuera a recogerlas y ups que tendrían que hacerme otro juego porque ese quién sabe en dónde está, quedaron de llamarnos el mismo día para entregarnos pero evidentemente no lo hicieron fue hasta el día siguiente que marcamos nosotros para que nos dieran respuesta.
Deberían dar cita como en todas las notarías con la finalidad de no hacerte esperar de valde y que se registre quién saca los archivos o ponerles algún sistema de monitoreo, código de barras, etc.
Excellent location and facilities, "nice" and friendly staff but lousy service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son realmente buenos por una rectificación de firma me cobraban 3000 y en otras me cobraban lo mismo pero sin Iva, no cobran super exagerado pero creo que son honestos y de palabra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no se si es problema de recepción o del licenciado que lleva Infonavit, ni siquiera quiso recibir la llamada para llevar una operación con ellos aunque soy Inmobiliaria y podría llevarles más clientes, terminé llamando a otra cercana que es la 189, me pasaron muy rápido con una licenciada, ya me dijeron tiempo de operación, me dijeron los documentos necesarios, les mandé expediente y me mandarán cotización, todo en menos de 5 minutos de llamada, tal vez ser más amables con los clientes y gastar 5 minutos de su valioso tiempo del licenciado podría traerles más negocio.
