porque no explican ?

Voy a su oficina nunca esta, toman mi recado y nunca se comunica, ya van 2 años y no da la cara y mucho menos me regresa lo que es mío. Ojala y alguien tuviera su numero de teléfono, porque ni eso me dan. Que se puede hacer en estos casos?
Terrible, the lawyer's name kept my documents, and has never returned them to me. I never go to his office, they take my message and he never communicates, it's been 2 years and he doesn't show his face, much less does he return what is mine. I wish someone had his phone number, because they don't even give me that. What can be done in these cases?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Cobró por buscar un testamento hace dos meses y sigue sin hallarlo (tiene un desorden de documentos y perdió su computadora) el notario es grosero, quedan en dar una respuesta o regresar el dinero y solo da largas al asunto. No confíen!
Terrible service! He charged for looking for a will two months ago and still cannot find it (he has a mess of documents and he lost his computer) the notary is rude, they agree to give an answer or return the money and only delay the matter. Do not trust!
