★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me tuvieron una hora esperando pese a que tenía cita, me decían que el abogado se fue a comer y solo mandaron recaderos, no tuvieron el cuidado de pedirme todos los documentos y me hicieron ir varias veces. No los recomiendo en absoluto. Ojalá pierdan a sus pocos clientes.
Terrible service, they kept me waiting for an hour even though I had an appointment, they told me that the lawyer went to eat and they only sent delivery men, they were not careful to ask me for all the documents and made me go several times. I do not recommend them at all. Hopefully they lose their few customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La supuesta asesora Alejandra Mejía "abogada" desconoce que el presupuesto para una escrituración se realiza conforme al monto del valor catastral y además desconoce completamente las excensiones que establece el artículo 93, fracción XIX de la LISR a favor de los vendedores, pues conforme a dicho ordinal se establecen los supuestos en los que éstos no deben pagar el Impuesto Sobre la Renta, cuando venden un inmueble; es desafortunado que existan supuestos profesionistas que son la imagen de la Notaría tan mal preparados y den presupuestos exhorbitantes.
