Mi caso se fue al siguiente año a pesar de que yo hice lo que solicitaron y ahora tenemos que volver a empezar .
They did not resolve my issue in the time they promised me due to carelessness and poor organization of their employees, they do not communicate the progress of the paperwork process even though they promise to call. My case went away the following year even though I did what they asked for and now we have to start over.
