 I PAYED MY DEEDS VERY BADLY AND TWO YEARS AFTER I REALIZED THAT THEY DID NOT DISCONTINUE MY TAX BEFORE THE RPP AND THAT BECAUSE I HIRED THEM AGAIN TO SELL MY PROPERTY SO I HAD TO WAIT 6 MONTHS TO PAY 6 THOUSAND AND NOT BEING ABLE TO SELL IT 4 THOUSAND THAT MY ADVANCE BUYER GAVE ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tardan más de 2 horas para entregarte unas escrituras que pagaste hace 6 meses, las secretarias hostiles te piden 500 pesos por concepto de ACUMULACION DE PAPELES en la ventanilla y si no los pagas te pasan a la zona de los olvidados
It takes more than 2 hours to deliver some deeds that you paid 6 months ago, the hostile secretaries ask you for 500 pesos for ACCUMULATION OF PAPERS at the window and if you do not pay them they move you to the forgotten area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increible el nivel de rateros, se tardan un año para unas escrituras por errores de ellos y liberan las escrituras y tienen el descaro de cobrar segun servicio de almacen siendo que las liberaron hace una semana es increible el nivel de RATEROS!
The level of thieves is incredible, it takes a year for some deeds due to their errors and they release the deeds and they have the nerve to charge according to the warehouse service being that they were released a week ago, the level of thieves is incredible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pésimo servicio, una cancelación de hipoteca que segun eran 6 meses ya lleva casi un año y no resuelven absolutamente nada si no quieres una mala experiencia definitivamente este lugar no se lo recomiendo a nadie
Super lousy service, a mortgage cancellation that according to was 6 months has already been almost a year and they do not solve absolutely anything if you do not want a bad experience I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone
