★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor que me ha pasado, un trámite que normalmente tarda tres meses, ha tardado un año; sin embargo podría entenderlo, lo que es inaceptable, es que no s pueda comunicar, con los abogados responsables, horas de tu vida tratando de comunicarse, vuelves a llamar y te dejan esperando, para al final durar semanas sin saber nada. Es frustante realmente, quiero terminar mi trámite y jámas requerir de ese mal servicio. Muy mal.
The worst thing that has happened to me, a process that normally takes three months, has taken a year; However, I could understand it, what is unacceptable is that I cannot communicate, with the responsible lawyers, hours of your life trying to communicate, you call again and leave you waiting, to finally last weeks without knowing anything. It is really frustrating, I want to finish my paperwork and never require that bad service. Very bad.
