Alfonso Hernández y es una persona super amable, mis dudas me las resuelve y contesta de manera atenta, pero inicialmente hubo contacto con la Sra. Alejandra Castañera y muy mal carácter, contesta muy mal y parece que está trabajando a fuerza porque todo le molesta. Pedí mi cambio con el Li. Alfonso y todo excelente hasta el momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la Lic Alejandra Castañeda y total falta de profesionalismo. Contesta el teléfono cuando quiere y te trata de forma grosera y prepotente. Actúa como si te estuviera haciendo un favor cuando todo se cobra (y muy caro) y por su falta de profesionalismo tuve que pagar más. Eviten por favor esta notaría a toda costa. Hay literalmente cientas mejores en la ciudad.
Terrible attention from Lic Alejandra Castañeda and total lack of professionalism. He answers the phone when he wants and treats you rude and overbearing. He acts as if he is doing you a favor when everything is charged (and very expensive) and because of his lack of professionalism I had to pay more. Please avoid this notary at all costs. There are literally hundreds of better ones in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La secretaria Alejandra Castañeda es grosera, se enoja que le preguntes dudas, gritona deje unos documentos a revisión y hablé para preguntar y me regaño x k ya tienen tiempo ahí además que no sabe dónde los dejo. los deje junto con una escrituración y no me avisaron k ya podía pasar a recoger y ahora le mando email que no contesta. Habrá un lugar donde reportar que no sea la notaría ya que ella contesta los teléfonos y no puedes hablar con nadie que no sea ella

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, desde hace dos años y medio ( todavía no había pandemia) deje unos documentos para un trámite, y apenas esta semana de tanto insistirles, me contestaron que pasará por mis papeles porque no tenían tiempo de hacer mi trámite, pésimo servicio, trabajo para notarias y jamás me había tocado una tan informal cómo está!! ?
Terrible attention, for two and a half years (there was still no pandemic) I left some documents for a procedure, and just this week after insisting so much, they told me that they will go through my papers because they did not have time to do my procedure, terrible service, work for notaries and I had never touched one as informal as it is!! ?
