Apesar del problema de la pandemia son demasiado tardados se tramitaron una escrituras desde el mes de mayo del 2020 y a la fecha 27 de enero del 2021 no am podido entregar escrituras
Esto deteniendo el proceso de construcción en al lugar ya que es un terreno
También al no tener la conocimiento de la clave catastral ya que se dejó toda la documentación con ellos no podíamos hacer el pago predial y del agua a lo cual se les solicita tal información y fue un lío para que nos proporcionaran la clave catastral ya por último dicen que nos entregarán una constancia de que la escritura está en proceso a lo cual al preguntar si ya están dicen que si pero que ya avían pasado por ella otra persona lo cual no descarte al pensar que avía Sido mi papá pero al comunicarme con mi papá me dice que el no paso entonces me comunico y hacen teléfono descompuesto en una disque notaría por qué le contesta una persona y le hablan a otra y que no sabía y llaman a otra en fin que dijeron que ya avían entregado los documentos y en verdad no ya que aún los tenían ahí entonces tienen un pésimo servicio así como un atención fatal de las que contestan el teléfono y la licenciada que lleva el trámite nunca está nunca contesta el teléfono en verdad no asistan ahí saldrán enfadados por el retraso de documentos y los malos tratos y manejos pesimo pésimo increíblemente mal
