Regular place, sorry you will. It lacks a bit of seriousness, they have sanitizing but dry mats, gel but not with alcohol and the assistant coughs a lot. Functionally it is a good place and they solve you diligently.

Total lack of control of the procedures, you talk to them after weeks or months to ask (due to a pandemic "it takes longer"), and then they don't even remember your procedure and you have to put them back into context, I've been trying since the beginning of 2021 to process a mortgage cancellation and we are already in July.
