Due to the pandemic they do not receive you at the notary's facilities, they serve you on the ground floor without any privacy to sign your contract, very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los titulares ha sido muy buena. Lástima que los seguimientos por parte de secretarias y asistentes es PÉSIMO. No hay una idea muy clara de como atender y dar orientación. Justifican sus errores echándole la culpa a los titulares y con el hecho de que no se presentan. En fin, seria bueno capacitar al personal.

Headline attention has been very good. Too bad the follow-up by secretaries and assistants is AWFUL. There is not a very clear idea of how to attend and give orientation. They justify their mistakes by blaming the headlines and the fact that they don't show up. Finally, it would be good to train the staff.
