Profesor titular por examen de oposición de la cátedra de Sucesiones y Familiar de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAM y presidente del Colegio de Profesores de Derecho Civil de la misma institución en el periodo 2014-2018. Actualmente, se desempeña como coordinador general del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas del Notariado (IIJN), octavo vocal del Consejo del Colegio de Notarios de la Ciudad de México y subcoordinador de la Comisión de Derecho Notarial de la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados A.C.

Ha escrito diversos ensayos jurídicos e históricos; entre sus publicaciones se encuentran la “Antología de Académicos de la Facultad de Derecho”, “El Impuesto Sobre Adquisición de Inmuebles” y “El Código Civil de 1928: Una reseña histórico-jurídica” y en coautoría el “Proyecto de Código Civil para la Ciudad de México” y “Prontuario de avisos en materia notarial”. Adicionalmente, escribe una columna sabatina en la sección cultural del periódico “El Universal”.

Es miembro del comité editorial del periódico “El Universal”, de la revista “Abogacía” y de Zona Paz.

Forma parte de organismos colegiados de profesionistas, tales como el Colegio de Notarios de la Ciudad de México, A.C., el Colegio Nacional del Notariado Mexicano, A.C. y de la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.

N	NOEMI RODRIGUEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, tardaron casi 3 meses en elaborar la escritura, estuvimos a 5 días de que nos cancelaran el crédito por ese motivo, ya con las escrituras pagadas, el avalúo pagado y el anticipo entregado, el Lic. Emmanuel se la pasó reprochándome que aceleré el proceso, casi 3 meses se tardaron y aceleré el proceso según él, el día de la firma nos hicieron esperar como 3 horas porque seguían trabajando la escritura, pésima atención, no contraten esa notaría, he llegado a pensar que es un fraude, te cobran casi $200,000 de escrituración y luego dejan correr el tiempo, te cancelan el crédito y ellos se quedan con el dinero, o al menos en mi caso eso pretendían que ocurriera.
