★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haces una cotizacion, te cobran de mas al final, se sienten Dioses y el servicio es pesimo. Antes, hace 20-30 años ahora es pesimo el servicio, NO PAGUEN HASTA TENER EL SERVICIO COMPLETO de otra manera tienes que rogarles por todo y de mala gana te orientan como si no cobraran por lo que hacen. Lastima, de ser una excelente notaria a una vulgar oficina burocrata que cobra por todo por un pesimo servicio, lo peor, sin etica ni valores. Buitres !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo meses tratando de darle seguimiento a mi trámite de testamento el cual pagué por adelantado en las jornadas notariales pero no contestan el teléfono ni responden los correos. Muy decepcionada del servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ También ocupe sus servicios y aun no tiene nada ya va para un año y no tienen ningún comentario de adelanto con los tramites al respecto y ahora que murió el titular ya no dejan pasar a la notaria solo llegas a la recepción de la planta baja y ahora con quien se podrá contactar ya que ellos tienen los papeles originales, y el pago como lo van a devolver. se les habla por teléfono y no contesta nadie. se tiene que hacer algo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia y elección para l@s personas que tienen tramite en esta notaria, la atención que brindan las personas y mal trato, hacia l@s usuari@s son de lo más irrespetuoso que uno recibe.
El notario Felipe Carrasco se comprometió de hacer la devolución de mi dinero en la entrega de mi documentación lo cual no sucedió, solo recupere mi documentación, es Junio 2021 no hay respuesta ni, compromiso de su palabra.
No son competentes, no dan respuesta, solución, malos tratos, mi tramite lo inicie en septiembre del 2020, denuncia no te quedes callad@.
Bad experience and choice for the people who have procedures in this notary, the attention that the people provide and the bad treatment towards the users are the most disrespectful that one receives.
The notary Felipe Carrasco promised to return my money in the delivery of my documentation, which did not happen, just retrieve my documentation, it is June 2021 there is no response or commitment of his word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El seguimiento a los trámites ha sido pésimo. Muy frustrante que se les ha hablado y dejado mensaje de un trámite que ya lleva más de 8 años y no se sabe quien quedó como responsable. Me urge terminar mi proceso de escrituras que nunca recibí.
